Meet your facilitators

Jenny Seeto (FAICD)

Jenny has over 45 years’ experience working with clients and boards in both the public and private sectors across a broad range of industries.
 

Jenny retired as Managing Partner in PricewaterhouseCoopers in 2017 and since then she has been involved in a number of public listed company boards, advisory boards, not for profit boards and boards and committees in the public sector in Fiji.

Jenny is a strong advocate of improving governance in Fiji and keeps abreast of best practices. Her qualifications and experience in accounting, tax, human resources, governance, risk, strategy, and other advisory services enables her to provide holistic solutions.

David Evans (FAICD)

David has over 30 years’ senior banking and finance experience across Australia and the Asia-Pacific region, including as Chief Manager Westpac Fiji Islands


David has been a company director for over 25 years and an accredited governance trainer and presenter for over seventeen years. He currently holds directorships in the private and public sectors in Australia, Fiji, Vanuatu, and the Solomon Islands
 
David continues to research the ever-changing governance landscape to bring up to date knowledge combined with his experience on current governance expectations practices to today’s boards.
